that your SBC is fully seated
in the backplane.

How
do I get the Bios settings and what are the
factory settings?
Access: Press "DEL"
key during power up.
Settings: By default Comark sets up
the system's BIOS for optimal performance,
unless your system has a custom configuration.
If so, or if you are not sure please
contact Comark's Technical Support.
(Be sure to have your systems part
number available prior to calling.)
My
keyboard doesn't work.
Ensure that your
keyboard is properly connected. If it
is, and it still does not work, and the
LED's do not flash during power up, then
contact Comark for assistance.
My
display is not working correctly.
A. Spots,
distorted or weird color: Your display
may require degaussing. This is done
automatically each time you power up
newer displays. Also on most displays
this can be done via the on-line menu.
NOTE: Be sure there are no magnetic or
fluorescent devices on or near your display.
These can cause interference and your
problem may be rectified by relocating
them further away.
B. No
display: If you look inside and see the
tube glowing/feel heat/static - the power
is on. Ensure that your display is properly
connected. Verify that there are no bent
or damaged pins on either end of your
video cable. Ensure that your video adapter
board is firmly seated into your backplane
or motherboard.
My
FDD, HDD or CD-ROM drives do not appear
to work properly.
Ensure that flat
ribbon cables are connected properly
and that the DC power is supplied. Ensure
that the devices are properly configured
in the system BIOS, (in most cases the
system's BIOS will automatically detect
these devices if configured to do so). |
