Comark’s partnership with Automation Control Products brings ThinManager-enabled, NEMA4X IP66 compliant Thin Clients to the Manufacturing and Process Control environment. With Comark’s array of time-tested washdown systems, ThinManager customers may now deploy their thin clients directly within harsh environments. No longer is it necessary to house the system within a separate stainless steel enclosure, because the system is the enclosure.

Thin Client computing brings many benefits to the production environment. There is no more patch management on the production floor. All maintenance is done on the server. If a unit fails, ThinManager’s fail-over technology ensures that downtime is measured in minutes, not hours. Furthermore, with Comark’s unique approach to using industry standard I/O connections, one avoids the business disruption that may occur sourcing hard to find connectors. In addition to washdown systems, there are also Panel Mount and rugged Fanless Computer systems, with support for up to five external displays.
