Comark Names Steve Schott as President
MEDFIELD, MA. —December 6,
2003
Comark Corporation has announced that Steve Schott has
joined the company as President. Schott, 44 succeeds
Charles Breen as President of Comark. Breen, the founder,
will continue his role as Chairman of the Board.
“Steve brings a successful track record of leadership,
technical innovation, and growth to Comark,” said
Breen.
“I am thrilled at the opportunity to lead Comark
through a very positive future. I have known and respected
Charlie for many years and look forward to his advice,” said
Schott.
Schott has over 20 years of technical and operations
experience with high tech companies. Prior to Comark,
Steve was Vice President of Operations at Avidyne, where
in the past 7 years, he held senior management positions
in engineering and operations and helped build Avidyne
from conception to the leader in integrated flight decks
for general aviation. Previously, Schott has held senior
management positions at Cognex, the leading supplier
of machine visions systems and Bytex, a manufacturer
of mission critical networking equipment.
Schott is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts,
Lowell with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.
