Medfield, MA, February 18, 2011 – Comark Corporation, a leader in the design and manufacture of life-safety rated computer and display solutions for the building automation market, announced today the addition of a UL864 9th Edition Recognized 22” Widescreen Desktop LCD to its product line.  The UL864 9th Edition specification is an NFPA requirement for equipment installed in life safety applications, such as fire alarms, smoke control and mass notification. Testing was conducted by Underwriters Laboratories in Northbrook, IL. In addition to the UL864 9th Edition, the 22” display also received ULC-S527 recognition for Canadian standards.

Featuring a 22” Widescreen LCD, this desktop display is housed in a thin-frame bezel and comes standard with a black, desk-mount stand and built in speakers. For applications requiring operator interaction, a capacitive touchscreen option is available. The display can be shipped unbranded, suitable for private labeling.
